The first school from Tirnova begins his activity in the first decennium
of XIX centuries. Attested in 1810 like a parish mayor school. The first
teacher was the priest- Juscov Alexandru. In 1904 is attested the first
laic school. In 1949 is transformed in incomplete medium school (7 classes).
In 1967 is opened the actual building with 320 places. In 1987 is opened
the school annex with 2 levels and 10 classes. The school has a big sports
room, canteens, sports ground, library, computers, Internet connection,
and atelier. From 1950 –203 graduated 2307 pupils.
The headmaster’s function was exerted by:
