about the situation;
- organizes caterings services of local transport, of evacuation, services
for edited sources and another, ensures the good functioning.;
- cordons and control the activity of public services from the authorities
of local council;
- gives authorities according to laws;

- proposes the plans and the scheme for salary and give to the local council,
who approve the statute of the mayoralty, who resolve the activity and contribute
to the professional formation;
- name and set free the personal of mayoralty, lead and manage the activity,
contribute at the formation an professional recycle.

- contributes at conditions assurances for the good functioning of education
system, culture, health assistance witch deserve the locality;
- organizes the measures of social protection;

of work, the requirement of new jobs;
In the ecologies domain and the territory arrangement:
- ensures the elaboration of general plan of urbanism and for documentation
of urbanism an the territory arrangement and represent at local council
,in laws conditions;
- ensures the public realization according to the project documentation;

- take common measures in military center, for the incorporation propose
to the local council the financial purples necessary for the organization

- as a president of Commission for exceptional situation, take measures

the extension of cooperation and the direct connect with this;
- recommends the local council to confer for the people of Republic of Moldova
